As a valued client, we wanted to update you on the actions we’ve taken to date in response to the global outbreak of COVID-19 – which has now been characterized as a pandemic by the World Health Organizations (WHO). We are continually assessing what, if any further action, is necessary. At Assurant, we are committed to safeguarding your business and the wellbeing of our teams supporting your business.
Even during these uncertain times, we are confident that we will be able to maintain our high service levels but we are experiencing high call volumes at this time. We would ask wherever possible and on non-urgent queries that you use our dedicated Adviser email address and we will look to respond within 48 hours.

Our Executive Crisis Management Team with representation from Security & Risk, Operations, Human Resources, IT, Communications and Facilities continues to meet daily to review data and enact components of our BCP if necessary. We are constantly assessing new information as it becomes available and responding as appropriate.
